Coach Ratzsch
Founder of Eyes Up Sports in 2014, Kevin Ratzsch began impacting youth while he was in high school through summer basketball camps in Illinois. He went on to attend Northern State University and played for the legendary Coach Don Meyer. He was NCAA D2 Regional player of the year, All-American and Led the NSIC in scoring multiple times.
He then went on to play professionally in Europe and Australia.
During college, Kevin’s relationship with Christ truly took off. He spent the majority of his summers working basketball clinics with Coach Meyer but his passion for impacting youth was ignited while volunteering with a sports ministry in California. Since then, he has devoted his life to developing youth through various ministry outreach opportunities both in and out of sport.
Kevin has always had a unique personality off the court and out-of-the-box style of play on the court. He used these values to develop a rare program that encourages players to train out of their comfort zone and cultivate their own unique style.
Kevin leads our Basketball skills gyms in Tea, SD and Sioux Falls, SD where he trains beginners all the way to elite college level players. He also works with players in the Tri-State area.

VISION
Founded in 2015 by Kevin Ratzsch, Eyes Up Sports Ministries provides high level athletic training and programs for youth. Regardless of skill level, our goal is for all children and young adults to learn proper training techniques and to live their lives with purpose. We feel passionately about teaching and coaching to the heart along with the body and mind, to exemplify identity in God, not sports. Players play more care free, in turn raising their level of play.
